This will be the agency agreement with the seller: our commission, payout order and timing, the guarantee hold, responsibility for the goods and their description, grounds for suspension. Selling requires a registered status; a tax number and payout details will be needed.

What applies until it is published

The marketplace is not open, there are no deals and no money is taken. No obligations under this document arise for either side yet. Registering now is only an application to take part: it creates no transaction and binds no one.

When it will appear

Before sales begin. The final text will be published here with its revision date, and we will announce it in our channels. Consent will be requested separately and explicitly — nothing applies retroactively.
