Marketplace rules
Revision of 17 August 2026. The rules apply to both sides. Sales are not open yet: until they start, these rules describe how the marketplace already works in test mode, and consent will be requested separately and explicitly.
1. What is forbidden
- Taking a deal outside the marketplace: passing an email, phone number, link or messenger handle to the other side. The first attempt is a warning, a repeat goes into the rating log. The reason is simple: outside the marketplace the buyer has neither guarantee nor refund, and the seller has no payout.
- False product data: invented warm-up level, a wrong country of registration, a made-up “paid until” date. The next charge date is mandatory when delivering a subscription — the buyer checks it in seconds.
- Revoking access after the sale: changing the password, kicking the buyer out, taking the subscription back. That is taking the goods out of the buyer’s hands.
- Selling stolen or third-party goods: accounts obtained by password guessing or bought from whoever guessed them.
- Gaming the metrics: deals with yourself, paid reviews, delivery marks without a delivery. A delivery mark disproved by a review costs more than any dispute.
- Promising auto-delivery without stock. The auto-delivery flag is only available with a non-empty stock: deception here is technically impossible rather than punishable.
- Obscenities, insults and politics in reviews, questions and order chats. A harsh assessment of the goods or the timing is not a violation (see section 2).
2. What we deliberately do NOT forbid
- Harsh reviews. A review is published in full even if the seller dislikes it: it can only be taken down for a rules violation, with a mandatory reason visible to the author. Reviews do not affect ranking — which is exactly why gaming them is pointless.
- Selling access to the seller’s own account — provided the card says so plainly. Such goods get guarantee level three: no marketplace guarantee, and the buyer confirms that with a separate checkbox before buying.
- Passing logins and passwords in the order chat: that is the goods themselves. The vault is safer — it shows the secret once and wipes it after 30 minutes, and the marketplace never reads it.
- The “do not disturb” mark and quiet hours for sellers. Honestly declared absence does not lower the rating; silence in response to an order does.
- The “Entertainment” section, including services with adult content. They are labelled and separated, but not hidden.
3. Deadlines as numbers
- Seller confirms an order — 90 seconds.
- Buyer pays after confirmation — 2 minutes.
- Delivery — within the time stated on the card. Miss it and the order cancels itself with a refund.
- “The seller does not answer” — 15 minutes to deliver, then cancellation with a refund; the card leaves the storefront for 30 minutes.
- The buyer confirms receipt within a day, after which the order closes itself. This does NOT close the right to dispute.
- Dispute “not delivered or not working” — 72 hours from delivery.
- Dispute “banned after working fine” — within the card’s guarantee period.
- The seller answers a dispute within 12 hours. Silence counts as agreement: the buyer is refunded automatically.
- A support ticket about a disputed deal PAUSES the dispute deadlines while it is being reviewed — the right does not expire while we look into it. Support works 10:00–22:00 Moscow time; we do not promise a first-response time.
- The order chat is kept for a year after closing, then deleted. The credentials vault lives 30 minutes and shows the secret once.
4. Money
- Marketplace commission by product type: subscriptions 8%, accounts 10%, accounts with a subscription 8%, tokens and top-ups 3%. There is no progressive commission and never will be.
- The commission is visible to BOTH sides on the order page: the buyer sees what the marketplace keeps, the seller sees what they get. There are no hidden deductions.
- Payouts for subscriptions and accounts with a subscription are released in 4 equal weekly parts: the schedule follows the pace at which the service is consumed, so the withheld part always covers a refund for the unused remainder. Tokens and accounts without a subscription have no staging — the share is released once the delivery guarantee has passed.
- A fast refund without review applies to sums under 1,000 ₽: the review costs more than the disputed sum. The seller may object through support.
- The first two ban claims per quarter are decided in the buyer’s favour: they cannot technically prove an account ban. From the third one, a human reviews it.
- If a refund happens after part of the money has already been paid out to the seller, that amount becomes their debt to the marketplace and is withheld from future payouts. The debt affects neither rating nor admission: it is accounting, not a punishment.
- Sellers must have a legal status: company, sole proprietor or self-employed. A self-employed seller may only sell a subscription registered to the buyer’s own email — that is a service; resale of goods and property rights does not fall under the professional income tax. The yearly self-employed limit is 2.4M ₽, and the marketplace warns in advance.
5. Marketplace guarantee — three levels
The level is determined by the product type and the delivery method, shown on the card before purchase and recorded in the order as a snapshot — it does not change even if the seller edits the card later.
- Level one: a refund for the unused remainder if the subscription is banned within the guarantee period.
- Level two: it works at the moment of delivery — if it does not, the money comes back.
- Level three: no guarantee. These are keys to the seller’s own account, the marketplace cannot recover them, and the buyer confirms understanding with a separate checkbox before buying.
6. The ladder of consequences
We penalise a broken promise, not an absence. The steps escalate and apply to the rating score the seller actually delivered by: manual delivery has its own score, auto-delivery has another.
- A warning — on a first attempt to pass contact details and on a first minor discrepancy in a card.
- A rating event: slow delivery, a lost dispute, a repeat attempt to bypass the marketplace, a disproved delivery mark. The rating is a whole-number score from 0 to 20, the formula is published in full and the event log is open to the seller.
- Temporary removal of the card from the storefront — 30 minutes after a confirmed “the seller does not answer” report.
- A record in the sanction log for a reviewed complaint — with the topic, the decision and its reason. A complaint by itself is not a sanction: a human imposes it.
- Closing storefront admission, with a mandatory reason. The decision is reversible, and re-submitting a tax number does not undo it: the registry confirms that the company exists, not the right to trade here.
7. What the marketplace itself does
- Reminds the buyer about renewal — 3 days and 1 day before the end. Sellers send buyers nothing: a seller’s client list is anonymised and has no contact channel.
- Never sets or suggests prices: the displayed price is the seller’s public offer and they are obliged to sell at it.
- Never takes money for ranking. The order is computed from deal facts: delivery method, completeness of the description, stock, speed, presence, price. Manual ranking adjustments do not exist.
