Plans
Plus
- An included monthly conversation allowance; beyond it conversation packs are added automatically, and auto-recharge cannot be turned off
- An included AI usage allowance: LLM calls, embeddings and web search are counted inside conversations rather than invoiced separately — but only for workspaces created after 14 May 2026
- Unlimited AI agents and three workspace seats
- Webchat without Botpress branding and a Help Center on your own domain
- Technical support from Botpress engineers over live chat
- Alerts at 80 and 90 percent of quota, plus an AI spend meter in Studio
Team
- Everything in Plus with a much larger included conversation and AI usage allowance
- Unlimited workspace seats
- Teams, routing and assignment rules, role-based access control
- Team- and agent-level analytics, plus several people building in Studio at once
- Higher storage limits — table rows, vector storage and file storage — expandable with a storage add-on
- Spend still scales with traffic: conversation packs, and with them the model quota, are bought on top of the subscription
Enterprise
- A custom conversation volume set by contract
- A dedicated Botpress support engineer and a platform uptime SLA
- A security review carried out for your organization
- The voice channel, which self-serve plans do not include
- Custom storage limits plus custom data retention and residency policies

What you get
A ready Botpress account with the subscription paid: you can build and publish an agent right away. The inconvenient part is that the bots you build, the knowledge bases, tables and tokens to your Jira, HubSpot or CRM live in a workspace registered to someone else's email, and that owner can technically reclaim access; agents can be exported between workspaces, but connections and data do not move so easily. Ask specifically when the workspace was created: an older workspace means the earlier scheme with a separate AI spend invoice, and that invoice will be yours. Also check how many cycles have been paid and whether other members are still inside.
About the service
A platform for assembling support agents: the visual Botpress Studio, a natural-language builder, knowledge bases and tables for structured data, escalation to a human, and the Botpress Desk helpdesk inside the same account. An agent ships to webchat, WhatsApp, Slack and other channels, and integrations pull data from Jira, HubSpot or Salesforce. Metering is not per seat and not per message but per conversation — any exchange with at least two end-user messages — and when the quota runs out a conversation pack is added automatically, with auto-recharge that cannot be switched off. There is one important nuance about model spend: since 14 May 2026 LLM inference, embeddings and web search are bundled into the conversation allotment as a proportional quota, yet workspaces created before that date keep the earlier scheme where AI spend was invoiced separately at provider cost. So for any ready account you should establish when the workspace was created — that decides whether you get one bill or two.
