What you get

A ready Zed account with a paid subscription: install the editor on your machine, sign in and use edit predictions and hosted models straight away. The first thing to establish is whose email the account uses — the seller's email means access can technically return to them. Also ask how much of the current period's included token allowance is left, since once it is spent further work is billed by usage.

About the service

A Rust-built, GPU-rendered code editor: fast startup, low input latency, LSP, a built-in debugger, git and multibuffers. The editor itself is open source and free, while the paid plans cover the AI layer: edit prediction, the agent panel and Zed-hosted models. External agents connect over ACP and tools over MCP, and instead of hosted models you can run on your own keys from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter, Ollama and other providers. Real-time collaborative editing is included, and the AI features can be switched off entirely if you would rather not use them.
