Plans

ZoomMate

  • 2,200 AI credits per user per month, pooled across the organisation and refreshed monthly with no rollover
  • Agentic search across meeting recordings and transcripts, chats, files, the web and connected systems — Salesforce, Jira, Slack, ServiceNow, Workday, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
  • Actions inside connected systems: creating tasks, updating the CRM, running approvals, scheduling meetings and sending follow-ups
  • Custom agents for a role or workflow with instructions and knowledge banks, prebuilt sales, IT, marketing and finance agents, callable by @mention in chats and channels
  • AI Productivity Suite included: Zoom Canvas, Zoom Slides, Zoom Sheets and Zoom Paper, with export to Office and Google Workspace formats and PDF
  • Meeting summaries, AI notes and Zoom Canvas consume no credits; extra credits can be purchased, and allocation, permissions and usage reporting live in the admin portal

AI Productivity Suite

  • A separate plan for teams who want the deliverables rather than the agent: Zoom Canvas, Zoom Slides, Zoom Sheets and Zoom Paper
  • Documents, decks, spreadsheets and reports are assembled from meetings, calls and chats instead of starting from a blank page
  • Compatible with .docx, .pptx and .xlsx, works with Google Workspace and exports to PDF
  • Every output stays linked to the conversation it came from
  • Fully included in a ZoomMate subscription — taken on its own only if you do not need agentic search and actions

What you get

A ready Zoom account with a paid ZoomMate subscription: sign in, connect the systems you need and start using the agent on calls straight away. The first things to establish are whose email the account uses and whether it sits inside someone else's organisation — the seller's email means access can technically return to them, and a corporate admin can switch it off. Ask separately how many credits the current month has already burned and which third-party connectors are set up. Account age and the number of paid cycles hint at how stable it tends to be.

About the service

An AI teammate inside Zoom Workplace that turns what was agreed on a call into finished work: it answers questions across meetings, chats and files, reaches into connected systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Slack, ServiceNow, Workday, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, carries out steps there itself, and builds slides, documents, spreadsheets, reports and project plans out of the discussion. For a specific role or a recurring process you can assemble your own agent with custom instructions and a knowledge bank and call it by @mention in a chat or channel, and there are ready-made agents for sales, IT, marketing and finance. It is licensed per seat, and each seat comes with a monthly allowance of AI credits that pool across the organisation and are spent on agentic search, deep research, automation and content generation, while meeting summaries and AI notes consume none. Since June 2026 it has been available only in North America for customers hosted on Zoom's US infrastructure, the interface is English-only, and government, healthcare and education were left out of the first wave.
