Accept the seller offer

POST /api/v1/papers/offer

Key scope: documents · changes data, the Idempotency-Key header is required

The seller offer is separate from the buyer one and has its own revision. Accepting it by program means a machine signing a contract, and the marketplace owner allowed that deliberately; the revision is named by the marketplace, not by the request.
