What you get

An Ajelix subscription is issued to your own email: the workspace, assets, request history and the link to the Excel add-in and Google Sheets add-on all stay with you. Check the plan — it determines the model tier, the usage allowance per period, the maximum file size and how much compute you get for heavier workflows such as PDF parsing and statistics. Note that the vendor states plainly that subscriptions are non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle.

About the service

A toolkit of AI helpers built around Excel and Google Sheets: a formula generator, an explainer that tells you what an existing formula actually does, VBA and Apps Script writers with debugging and optimisation, a spreadsheet generator and a chart builder. It works both as an Excel add-in and as a Google Sheets add-on, so suggestions arrive inside the sheet rather than in a separate browser tab. On top of the formula tools sits an agentic chat that takes your data through to a report, dashboard or presentation instead of stopping at a single cell. Heavier work — PDF parsing, OCR, statistical analysis — runs on dedicated compute, and how much of it you get depends directly on the plan. The vendor does not disclose which models sit underneath: the plans only state a tier — better models, best in industry, most capable.
