Plans
AI Incident Prevention
- Change risk assessment before a release: you see exactly what makes a given change dangerous
- Discovery of recurring problems that keep causing the same failures
- The point is preventing downtime, not dissecting it afterwards
- Built on the IT knowledge graph of infrastructure and the links between systems
- Consumes pooled credits per risk assessment and per problem analysis
AI Detection and Response
- Event ingestion from every monitoring system into one stream
- Noise collapsing: hundreds of near-identical alerts become a single incident
- Automatic enrichment of an incident with context and a probable root cause
- Service desk correlation to tie user complaints to the underlying failure
- Integrations with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management, plus an open hub for the rest
- Consumes pooled credits per processed event and per actioned, enriched incident
L1 Agent
- An AI agent takes over repetitive first-line work that needs no human judgement
- It offers recommendations and, where permitted, acts on its own
- Frees the on-call rota to deal only with the genuinely hard cases
- Relies on the shared knowledge graph rather than a runbook per alert
- Consumes pooled credits per agent recommendation and per autonomous action
AI Incident Assistant
- An AI assistant for L2, L3 and SRE teams
- Helps work an incident as it unfolds: what happened, where to look, what changed
- Draws on shared context from the knowledge graph and the history of past failures
- Speeds up investigation while the incident is live and time is expensive
- Consumes pooled credits according to the volume of assistant activity
Credit Plan
- A single billing currency across every product on the platform instead of separate licences
- Credits move freely between products as your priorities change
- Credit plans are sized to the scale of your infrastructure
- Products can be taken individually or in any combination
- A unified analytics dashboard shows exactly where the balance goes
- Set up under a one-to-three-year contract

What you get
A BigPanda subscription is an enterprise product with no public terms: the vendor sizes a credit plan to the scale of your infrastructure and sets it up under a one-to-three-year contract. Ask the seller which products are switched on — incident prevention, detection and response, the L1 agent, the incident assistant — and what credit balance remains for the period, because consumption tracks event volume rather than headcount. Ask whose organization the access is registered to and whether admin rights transfer to you: without them you cannot connect your own monitoring systems or tune the noise-collapsing rules. Establish separately who pays for renewal and what happens to your integration configuration when access changes hands.
About the service
An agentic ITOps platform: it ingests the event stream from every monitoring system you have, collapses the noise into meaningful incidents, enriches them with context and passes them onward — to the point where AI agents close out first-line routine themselves. At its core is an IT knowledge graph that turns fragmented information from tools and tickets into shared context: the platform understands what relates to what, so it can name a probable root cause instead of firing a hundred identical alerts. Change risk is assessed separately, so you can see how dangerous a release is before it ships, and recurring similar problems surface on their own. There is service desk correlation, unified analytics on KPIs and failure patterns, integrations with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management, and an Open Integration Hub for everything else. Products are sold individually or together and are paid for with a single pooled credit currency: one credit type covers processed events, enriched incidents, agent recommendations and autonomous agent actions alike, and unused balance shifts between products without renegotiating. The vendor has no official page with prices or fixed packages: credit plans are sized to the scale of your infrastructure and set up under a one-to-three-year contract, so confirm the volume and contents with the seller.
