Plans
Enterprise
- Access governance: single sign-on via Microsoft Entra or Okta, role-based access control, workload identity, PII redaction and policies
- Hosting of your choice: CrewAI cloud, your own VPC or your own infrastructure
- Enterprise connectors to internal systems, plus private repositories for agents and tools
- Run volume sized to the workflow, with flexible overage beyond the limit
- A six-week onboarding, training and dedicated support reachable in Slack or Teams
- Model keys are yours: tokens are paid to the provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others) separately from the platform
Plan contents as published by the vendor; seller prices arrive at launch.
What you get
Paid access to CrewAI AMP is an organization-level contract, so it should be issued to your own email or domain: the account holds deployed crews, private tool repositories, the link to your GitHub and your model keys. Clarify the terms: the included run volume, how overage is charged, where it is hosted and what support is included. And treat model spend as a second amount — the platform does not cover it, and tokens land on your provider account. The seller must state the next charge date and the contract term at delivery.
About the service
CrewAI does have a paid managed offering: AMP, its agent management platform, where a crew of agents is either written in code and connected through GitHub or assembled by hand in the visual Crew Studio, then deployed onto the vendor's infrastructure. A deployed crew is reachable over a REST API, can be exposed as an MCP server or a UI component, and can be triggered on a schedule or from chat, Slack or Teams. Supervision is built in: tracing, OpenTelemetry export, a token counter, performance metrics, hallucination scores, guardrails and human-in-the-loop input. Models are yours: the provider and API key are set in configuration, so tokens from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other provider are paid directly to them, separately from the platform. There is no self-serve paid plan — the single paid tier is Enterprise on contract, and that is where enterprise access control and the choice of hosting live.
