Relevance AI credits are drawn by agent and tool runs: a single pass through a multi-agent chain that calls external APIs consumes far more than a short chat reply, and scheduled runs spend the balance on their own. Check whose account the top-up lands on — on your own you keep the workspace and connected integrations with you and can see the spend per project. Access to the seller's login is something the marketplace cannot protect, and your CRM keys would travel into someone else's environment along with it.
About the service
Relevance AI is a platform for building an "AI workforce": individual agents and multi-agent teams that run business processes in place of people. A visual builder assembles tools from LLM steps, API calls and code, and agents invoke them on a schedule, via webhook or from chat. It is strong in sales and operations — lead qualification, company research, CRM enrichment — and any tool can be exposed as an API.
