What you get
Zoom AI credits are ZoomMate's consumable resource: they go on agentic search across connected systems, deep research, automated actions and building decks, documents and spreadsheets, while meeting summaries and AI notes cost nothing. Credits sit in a shared organisation pool and refresh monthly, so clarify whose account the pack lands on — on yours the spend is visible in the admin portal, while access to the seller's login is not covered by the marketplace guarantee. Ask yourself what you plan to run as well: long multi-source research or generating a full slide deck eats far more credits than a quick question about a meeting.
About the service
An AI teammate inside Zoom Workplace that turns what was agreed on a call into finished work: it answers questions across meetings, chats and files, reaches into connected systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Slack, ServiceNow, Workday, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, carries out steps there itself, and builds slides, documents, spreadsheets, reports and project plans out of the discussion. For a specific role or a recurring process you can assemble your own agent with custom instructions and a knowledge bank and call it by @mention in a chat or channel, and there are ready-made agents for sales, IT, marketing and finance. It is licensed per seat, and each seat comes with a monthly allowance of AI credits that pool across the organisation and are spent on agentic search, deep research, automation and content generation, while meeting summaries and AI notes consume none. Since June 2026 it has been available only in North America for customers hosted on Zoom's US infrastructure, the interface is English-only, and government, healthcare and education were left out of the first wave.
