Plans
Pro
- Access to all platform models and a higher agent limit than the free tier
- A monthly credit allotment that resets each billing cycle and is shared across every workspace in the organization
- Credits pay for orchestration and also for model tokens, speech-to-text and text-to-speech — model usage is not covered by the plan fee
- Included editor seats, with more available as an add-on; viewers are free and unlimited
- One phone number per workspace and a concurrent-call limit that can be raised with an add-on
- Auto top-ups so agents do not stall mid-month
Business
- Everything in Pro, aimed at a growing team
- LLM fallback models for when the primary one does not answer
- Priority support
- Its own monthly credit allotment, shared across all workspaces in the organization
- The same metering rules: model tokens and voice minutes come out of credits rather than being covered by the plan
Enterprise
- Unlimited product usage for large-scale workloads
- Single sign-on and private cloud hosting
- A custom credit allotment set by contract
- Contract-based billing and a dedicated account manager instead of the self-serve flow
- Advanced security and compliance requirements agreed separately

What you get
A ready Voiceflow account with the subscription already paid: the paid tier and its credits are available immediately, with no signup. The awkward part of this product type is that everything you build — agents, knowledge base, keys to your own APIs, telephony — stays inside an organization registered to someone else's email: moving a project wholesale into your own account usually is not possible, and the email owner can technically take access back. So establish whose email backs the account, how many cycles have been paid, and whether other people's editors and projects are still inside.
About the service
A workbench for support agents: one editor holds both agentic playbooks and deterministic step-by-step flows, wired up to a knowledge base, your own APIs, chat channels and telephony. Finished agents run on Voiceflow's own infrastructure, with transcripts, analytics and LLM-powered evaluations sitting next to the builder. Billing comes in two layers: the plan unlocks platform features and grants a monthly pool of credits, but the same credits are drained by orchestration — every user message, every minute of a call — and by model tokens: GPT from OpenAI, Claude from Anthropic, Gemini from Google, Llama and Qwen served through Groq, Voiceflow's own models, plus speech recognition and synthesis from ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Deepgram and others. When the pool runs out you buy credit bundles or turn on auto top-ups, so the monthly total depends on which model you dropped into the flow.
