How to pay for an AI service when your card is declined
The seller pays with a payment method that works for them. From there you have three routes, and the choice depends on whose account you need.
A subscription is issued to your own email: the account is yours from the start, and the seller only pays for the plan and reports the next billing date. A ready account with a paid subscription is faster, but you did not create it. A token top-up puts money on a balance — usually your own account, which is the calmest option for programmatic use.
The platform holds the money until you confirm delivery, so paying a seller up front on trust is not part of this.
