Do I need a VPN to use the service
It depends on the service, and we will not answer for all of them at once. Some work from Russia without tricks, some block by country, some check the country only at payment — and payment is the seller’s job.
Country restrictions, where an offer has them, are stated by the seller in a separate field. That is a condition of the deal, not fine print: access that does not open for you is grounds for a dispute.
If in doubt, ask the seller on the product page before buying. The question and the answer will be public, and that is fine.
