The seller vanished after payment — what happens
The order page has a “seller is not responding” button. It is not a complaint but an action: the order gets flagged and the platform settles it with money rather than messages.
If the seller is gone, the money comes back and their listings are hidden from the storefront — trading in absentia is not allowed. Vanishing also hits the rating: an undelivered order costs more than it looks.
This is exactly why we hold the money until delivery is confirmed. A vanished seller is an annoyance, not a loss of money.
