Can I get a refund if I changed my mind
Before delivery, yes: the order is cancelled and the money comes back. After access is handed over you cannot change your mind — and that is not greed: a delivered login cannot be put back in the box, and the seller already spent both money and an account.
A refund after delivery happens for a different reason — access does not work, does not match the description, or dies inside the guarantee window. That is settled by a dispute.
So ask everything before buying, right on the product page: the seller is expected to answer, and the answer is public.
