What you get
Hawkeye credits are the unit of account for the agent's work rather than for a subscription: continuous alert watching consumes nothing, and only what the agent actually investigated is billed. Consumption is counted in runs: a standard single-alert investigation, a cluster investigation treating related alerts as one incident, and a plain-language telemetry question each cost differently. Clarify whose account the pack is credited to: on yours the spend is visible in the dashboard and the investigation history and connections stay yours, while access to the seller's organization is not covered by the marketplace guarantee. Ask as well whether filters and a maximum spend cap are configured — on noisy infrastructure the balance disappears very fast without them.
About the service
An agentic site reliability engineer on duty around the clock: it connects to your monitoring systems and clouds, works a firing alert on its own and delivers a root cause analysis with clear next steps. Alert watching runs continuously and consumes nothing — you only pay for what the agent actually investigates: a standard investigation, a cluster investigation that treats a group of related alerts as one incident, and plain-language questions about your telemetry. It connects to AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail, Kubernetes, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk and PagerDuty; it talks in Slack and Teams, and access via an MCP server is available. Beyond incident response it can head off problems and point out where infrastructure costs more than it needs to. It deploys as a cloud service or inside your own cloud in your VPC or VNET, with unlimited alerts, users and projects, unlimited historical storage, SOC 2 Type II certification and 24/7 enterprise support. The vendor publishes no price list and no fixed package contents: its site shows only an enterprise tier on custom terms, while the same product is sold on a pay-as-you-go credit basis in cloud marketplaces with filtering and spend caps — confirm the exact volume and terms with the seller.
