How the guarantee and refunds work

The platform holds the money, not the seller. It reaches the seller after you confirm delivery, and for subscriptions in 4 weekly parts, so what is withheld always covers a refund for the unused remainder.

Refunds come full or partial. If access never worked, everything comes back. If a subscription ran for part of its term and then died, the unused remainder comes back. Amounts up to 1 000 ₽ are refunded without investigation.

The guarantee only applies to deals made through the platform. Arranging around it strips protection from both sides — buyer and seller alike.
