How the seller rating is calculated

The formula is published in full, and a seller has two independent scores: one for manual delivery, one for delivery from stock. There is deliberately no combined number — they measure different things.

Points come from kept promises: fast delivery, answering a buyer call-out, sold access outliving the threshold. Points are lost for failures: an ignored call-out, slow delivery, a lost dispute, a false delivery mark, an attempt to move the deal off-platform.

Reviews do not affect ranking — which is exactly why nobody games them. Weight changes are announced in advance to the side they affect, and the rating is never recalculated retroactively.
